Procurement-Oriented Notes
- Confirm spool code, solenoid voltage and AC/DC type before order, these three parameters cannot be modified after production.
- Tank port pressure limits differ for AC and DC coils; exceeding rated tank pressure will cause early solenoid failure.
- Multiple seal material selections are available, need to specify if using non-mineral hydraulic medium.
- Coil and connector styles have multiple optional versions; default delivery is DIN connector IP65, other connectors need special remark.
- DC version adopts 5-chamber valve body; standard AC version adopts 3-chamber valve body, two body structures are not interchangeable.
- Installation torque for mounting bolts must follow 15 Nm, over-torque may lead to manifold deformation and internal leakage.
- This is aftermarket replacement product, cross-reference check against original part number is strongly advised before placing order.
